If you happen to arrive earlier and the room is not available at the time of arrival, our reception will be happy to store your bags so you can enjoy your day in Gili Air. Check-out: 10:00 am

Unconfirmed late check-out will be charged:
- before 2:00 pm - 50% of a villa tariff;
- after 2:00 pm - 100% of a villa tariff.
If villa key or keys are lost, there will be a mandatory charge of 300,000 IDR to the registered guest. Payment policy:
Payment for accommodation and additional services can be made in cash or credit/debit card. 2% bank surcharge will be applied for all card payments. Checks are not accepted. Cancellation policy:

Children aged 12 and under stay for free when sharing a room with one or more paying adult(s), using existing bedding.
As the parents, guardians of children you are personally and legally responsible for and must supervise them at all times. For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended or allow them to roam the hotel property or swimming pools unsupervised. Visitors:
All visitors must leave the premises before 11:00 pm. If a visitor stays passed 11:00 pm an extra charge of 500,000 IDR will be charged. Visitors must notify Front Desk and sign in an out upon their arrival and departure. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. Quiet hours:
10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact Reception staff immediately. Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Breakfast:
Upon request, breakfast is served to the room between 8:00 - 10:00 am. Orders to be placed before 5 pm the night before. Linen changing:
Your comfort is very important to us. For guests staying multiple nights, bed linen is changed on request or every 7 days. If you require fresh towels, please leave used towels in the basket provided. Pet policy:
Pets are not permitted. Damage and/ or theft of Ke Rensia property:
Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including but not limited to: damaged by wet bathing suits and/or water being splashed into/onto furniture, the removal of electronic equipment, towels, art work, etc. will be charged at 120% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or wilful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. Immigration / Local Police
If damage charges and/or room charges are not settled before check out, Indonesian Immigration and Local Police will be notified and may result in detaining on your departure out of Indonesia with additional charges. Currency fluctuations:
Our rates are in IDR. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
